The Forward Deployment Engineer is a senior, customer-facing technical leader responsible for driving complex enterprise implementations from pre-sale evaluation through deployment, adoption, and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, solution architecture, consulting, and revenue enablement.


At 10Bridge, this person will work directly with enterprise prospects and customers to define technical solutions, accelerate adoption, lead high-impact implementations, and ensure long-term customer value. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can operate credibly with executive stakeholders, and is comfortable translating business problems into scalable technical outcomes.


About the Role

· Lead enterprise customer engagements from initial discovery through implementation, rollout, and expansion.

· Serve as a technical advisor to prospects, customers and leadership throughout the sales cycle.

· Conduct advanced discovery with business, technical, security, compliance, and operational stakeholders.

· Design enterprise-grade solutions that account for scale, governance, integrations, security, reliability, and maintainability.

· Own solution architecture for complex deployments, including systems integration, data flows, workflow design, and environment configuration.

· Lead technical validation, proof-of-concept efforts, and solution demonstrations for strategic opportunities.

· Partner with sales to shape opportunity strategy, identify technical risks, and remove blockers in complex deals.

· Translate enterprise customer requirements into clear implementation plans, success criteria, and delivery roadmaps.

· Drive execution across internal product, engineering, support, and customer teams to ensure successful delivery.

· Provide thought partnership to customers on best practices, operating model design, and adoption strategy.

· Surface product gaps, influence roadmap priorities, and help standardize repeatable enterprise solutions.

· Represent 10Bridge in a highly credible, polished, and consultative manner with senior customer stakeholders.


Growth Responsibilities

This is a senior commercial-technical role with direct impact on pipeline, conversion, and expansion.

· Support enterprise pre-sales through technical discovery, solution design, and qualification.

· Lead or co-lead product demos, technical deep dives, and architecture reviews.

· Help qualify opportunities by assessing fit, complexity, implementation risk, and time-to-value.

· Participate in RFPs, security reviews, procurement questions, and executive decision-making processes.

· Build trust with economic buyers, technical buyers, and operational leaders.

· Contribute to closing strategic deals by helping prospects visualize implementation success and business outcomes.

· Act as a bridge between sales promises and delivery realities, ensuring commitments are technically sound and executable.



About You

Candidates should bring deep technical experience, enterprise customer exposure, and a strong record of influencing innovation outcomes.


Experience in healthcare technology and integration is required.


Product management experience in SaaS technology is preferred.
