What You'll Do:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring smooth tenant relations, maintenance coordination, leasing, and financial management.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising on-site employees to ensure high performance.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors, addressing issues including after-hours emergencies.
- Marketing properties through multiple channels, responding to leads, conducting property tours, and managing leasing activities.
- Collecting rent, handling late payments, and assisting with the eviction process when necessary.
- Ensuring properties are maintained to company standards, conducting regular inspections, and developing seasonal maintenance plans.
- Managing finances and providing timely reports to company leadership.
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and other legal requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of property management experience.
- Valid Illinois real estate broker's or leasing license.
- Proven leasing and customer service skills, including tenant screening, lease renewals, and managing evictions.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to train and lead others.
- Experience with property management software (Appfolio preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and access to reliable transportation.

Schedule & Requirements:
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with evening and weekend availability during peak rental seasons.
- On-call availability for emergency situations, including nights and weekends.
