What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Responding to and completing maintenance work orders, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Performing unit turnover tasks, including inspections and repairs, to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
- Supporting property renovations, capital improvements, and seasonal tasks like landscaping and snow removal.
- Documenting completed repairs and communicating updates with tenants, Property Managers, and vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA safety procedures and building codes.
- Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 3 years of property maintenance experience, ideally in a multifamily setting.

Technical Skills: Expertise in general repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred) and Google Suite.

Work Ethic: A self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements: A valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, climbing, and crawling.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Schedule & Requirements
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
- On-call availability for emergencies as part of a rotation schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
