As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dependable Part-Time Leasing Consultant to assist in filling available units while providing outstanding customer service to prospective tenants. In this role, you'll conduct property tours, handle leasing paperwork, and contribute to marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, with strong communication skills and a desire to learn. This position offers part-time hours with the opportunity to transition to full-time during peak seasons.
Description
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants and provide a great customer experience.
- Assist with the application process, including handling leasing paperwork.
- Follow up with leads, answering inquiries and providing detailed information about available units.
- Help market available units both online and in-person.
- Stay up-to-date on rental rates, property features, and market conditions.
- Assist with the lease renewal process.
- Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Schedule & Requirements:
- Part-time role with the flexibility to transition to full-time during peak seasons.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Candidates must either have an active Illinois Leasing License (preferred) or be able to obtain one within 180 days of hire (required)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, as needed for property tours and general office duties.
