We need you! We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Parking Lot Striper who is eager to grow professionally with us! We are an emerging company, bringing 1-800-STRIPER to the Southeast Valley and surrounding area, with lots of opportunities to grow and fill in bigger shoes as the company grows! The Crew Member operates a variety of equipment used in the application and maintenance of parking lots and other large site jobs. This position is a Part-Time position, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Flexible schedule but must be available nights and weekends. Must be a team player, have attention to detail, and a positive attitude. A clean driver’s license is preferable. References required.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment for construction painting, specifically striping machines.
- Strong foundational skills in basic math, carpentry, drywall, caulking, trim carpentry, and stucco.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.
Essential Functions:
- Operate equipment of various sizes and weights used in parking lot striping.
- Assist in preparing equipment and trucks.
- Track inventory of paint, chalk, etc.
- Follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Clean stencils as needed.
- Assist with layout work, filling machines, handling stencil work, and cleaning parking lots as needed.

Work Environment:
The job involves exposure to fumes or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts. Outdoor job sites may have varying temperature conditions depending on the weather.
Physical Demands:
The job requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must be able to lift or move items up to 60 pounds and occasionally push or move items up to 350 pounds. Specific vision abilities are also required for this position.
Salary
$18 - $20 per hour
