Wellness Transformed is a nonprofit organization providing accessible, affirming mental health counseling services - including individual, family, and relationship therapy - with a commitment to serving gender diverse and LGBTQIA+ communities. We operate on a sliding scale model and partner with local medical providers to deliver integrated, whole-person care.
