Waves of Change Counseling and Healing LLC
Waves of Change Counseling & Healing is a therapist-owned outpatient mental health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout New Jersey. We provide both telehealth and in-person therapy, with a focus on thoughtful, individualized care and meaningful therapeutic relationships. What makes Waves different is the way we approach both client care and clinician experience. We believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and able to build a career that fits their lives. Our W2 clinicians have the flexibility of private practice with the support of an established group practice, including billing and administrative support, referrals, credentialing, clinical consultation, and supervision for eligible associate clinicians. As we grow, we are intentionally creating opportunities for clinicians to grow with us—from flexible caseloads to Part-Time and Full-Time roles, hybrid scheduling, and continued professional development. We value collaboration without micromanagement, clinical autonomy with support when you need it, and creating a workplace where great therapists want to stay. At Waves, we're not just building a larger practice. We're building a place where clinicians can do meaningful work, feel connected to their team, and create a sustainable long-term career.
