About Our Organization: Trinity Recovery Home Trinity Recovery Home began its journey in 2003 as an Assisted Living Residential facility, dedicated to providing care and support to those in need. Founded by a Registered Nurse with a passion for compassionate care, the facility evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of the community. In 2021, we transitioned into Trinity Recovery Home, initially focusing on serving adults with substance use disorders (SUD). We later expanded our services to include teens battling SUD, providing a safe and nurturing environment for their recovery. Recognizing the growing need for specialized mental health care, we further expanded our mission in 2023 to serve the Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) population. Today, as a family-owned and operated organization, we remain committed to our founding principles of compassion, quality care, and community integration. Our team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to empower our residents, helping them develop the skills and strategies needed to lead fulfilling and independent lives. Our homes are intentionally placed within community settings to foster a sense of belonging and to facilitate the development of essential life skills.
