Transformation Healthcare INC. (THI) is a family strengthened organization; a community-based Outpatient and inpatient program. THI provides mental health and substance use disorder treatment to further assist individuals looking to improve living conditions and access to resources they may not have otherwise. THI strives to meets each client where they are, through therapeutic interventions and medication management.
