The Bay

The Bay is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides inclusive, experiential youth engagement and workforce education programming for thousands of Nebraska youth, primarily those underserved. It happens at our award-winning youth facility, The Bay, in Lincoln, our space inside the Benson Community Center and off-site in schools and at nonprofit partners, statewide.
