The Ability Challenge

ABC partners with school districts, leaders, and educators to transform how students with disabilities are served. ABC’s research-based program develops core competencies in leaders and educators that enable them to create authentically inclusive and effective schools and classrooms for our most diverse learners, including students with disabilities. Our model provides a complete, whole-school roadmap to improve how students with disabilities are served, including facilitated planning opportunities, educator training, leadership coaching, infrastructure development, and tools that empower schools to make lasting change. Each engagement is customized to the school's needs but draws upon scalable resources to facilitate transformation. ABC also supercharges its efforts by leveraging technology, key learnings, and research to inspire sustainable industry-wide educational and policy impact.
