TBAC Group is not a traditional group psychology practice in that we operate in a clinic setting and are all full-time W-2 employees with full benefits, Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) on a collaborative team. With over 20 full-time counselors, we educate, collaborate, and assist one another with cases and consultation. We provide full benefits which include; opportunities for advancement, yearly raises, paid same-day cancellations/no-shows, private non-shared office space, company-paid malpractice insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, and EAP.
