Qualifications:
Teamwork and patience are necessary
Flexible schedule
Preschool Classroom Experience
Experience in a licensed childcare facility ages 6 weeks to 4 years
Superior skills in creating a dynamic, interactive team experience
CPR & First Aid Certifications
18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Clean background check and medical clearance required
Reliable transportation
Required education:
High school or equivalent

Engage and communicate effectively with parents, children and other team members
Interact frequently, affectionately, and respectfully with children
Facilitate regular parent/guardian communication

Support company mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies to parent/guardians and team members
Offer and share ideas and materials with coworkers
Participate actively in the teaching the team through communication, collaboration, and curriculum planning.
