We are looking for hard working individuals. We believe everyone can bring value as long as they are trained appropriately and correctly. You will join a team of professionals with over 15 years of experience in the security industry. You will never feel like you must put your job before your family here at Spartan. All of our training is conducted by an NRA certified instructor with over 14 years in the security industry. Our training consists of but is not limited to. De-escalation Techniques, Verbal Judo, The art of persuasion. Non-Lethal training Self-defense tactics Advanced Medical Training including CPR training and certification. Active shooter situation Shift Days and Times: Thursday-Friday midnight (8am-8pm) Saturday- Sunday (noon-midnight) Applicant Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States. At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements. Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED). Demonstrate a stable work history. Must be able to pass an extensive background screening which includes but is not limited to criminal background checks drug test, and interviews. Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate effectively with employees and/or other customers. Must have a reliable mode of transportation. Previous contract services, security, military or law enforcement experience is desirable. Responsibilities Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances. Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property Apprehend criminals and evict violators. Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences. Report in detail any suspicious incidents Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter. Conduct through bag checks and personal checks. Spartan Protection Group is a drug-free workplace.
