Our company began in 2010 with Beth Mazerik envisioning and creating a 6-bed care home full of life and good old-fashioned fun. Being a formal Activities Director in skilled nursing, Beth wanted to bring her creative energy and love of resident engagement to her own care environment. Carrying that vision forward, we have always strived to make the time and space for our residents and our care staff to enjoy being with each other, knowing that this will create better care outcomes for our residents. It turns out that our approach has also made our caregivers’ jobs more enjoyable and engaging too! We pride ourselves in our long-term staff who we know and trust, with many caregivers having worked for us for 5, 10, and 15 years! This family environment means that you can be sure that your loved one is being treated as a valued individual, and that we are doing our very best to meet their needs, to make them comfortable and to help them feel loved.
