Core Competencies Responsible for the health safety and welfare of all dogs in the facility Oversight and responsibility for cleaning of the facility Oversight of overnight guest food, medication and belongings Ability to learn dog recognition Completion of all required training, including all e-learning platforms Meal recording Ability to lovingly handle dogs up to 150 pounds Proper door control in all rooms Ability to complete spa tasks (bath, brush, ear and teeth cleaning) Ability to "own" a room of dogs Qualifications Must love dogs Consistent and timely attendance Ability to spend 100% of work time standing Ability to lift 50 pounds with no restrictions Ability to work flexible days and hours including weekends and holidays Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment Adherence to all dress code and uniform requirements Reliable transportation Personal Characteristics Detail oriented Quick thinker Emotionally intelligent Outgoing, enthusiastic by nature Fun-loving Strong observance skills Strong customer service skills Strong multi-tasker Excellent communicator Have Fun on Camera!
