Founded in 1995 by Alison Armstrong & Joan McClain, we are a relatively small organization with less than 10 full and part-time employees. We are mission-driven and passionate about providing unique and immediately useful education. Our online curriculum illuminates a new understanding of the predicament of gender, the interaction of masculinity and femininity, and the principles of the paradigm of Partnership. To date, tens of thousands of women and men have completed our programs and proven that men and women can be partners instead of adversaries.
