What we can do for your company: we can assist with your People Operations needs by being onsite or assisting from the outside. We can assist with recruiting, onboarding new hires, policies, job descriptions and handbook creation/revisions.
We can handle all of your recruiting needs - top to bottom, all employee relations needs, outplacement - including notifying employees their jobs are eliminated and provide training for all compliance needs (leading in a diverse environment, preventing sexual harassment, FMLA/ADA/EEOC).
