Founded in 1948 by John, Richard, and Robert Leslie, Leslie Coatings, Inc. began as a specialty construction company serving the state of Indiana. In the early 1950s, the Leslie family became pioneers in the sports surfacing and asphalt maintenance industry, driven by a passion for building and maintaining the highest-quality athletic surfaces.
