We are a hybrid wellness clinic that offers rehabilitative services physical therapy/occupational therapy for active adults and athletes looking for recovery from injury or to stay healthy through performance based services. We are also an integrative pilates and massage studio offering private sessions as well as group sessions to keep our community healthy.
