We are a local, family-owned handyman business. We are vendor members of NARPM Denver & Colorado Springs chapters, HCP Superpro, and we have A+ rating on the BBB. Our business model is providing service to Property Management companies, Builders, and Realtors We are licensed, bonded, and carry workers comp. For our current Property Management relationships, they email us a work order with the issue and the contact information for the tenant (please include best point of contact, email and mobile number if possible.) We take care of all the scheduling with the tenants, and the tenants receive an email confirmation from our system letting them know when the repair is scheduled to be completed. They will also receive a text when the technician is en route and when he/she is finished. From there our invoicing includes a description of the work that was done, as well as photos from the property, and a copy of the materials used and their cost.
