Hi! Tech was started by two technologists and friends who recognized that helping companies operate efficiently doesn’t require short sleeve button-downs and condescending attitudes. We’re a small company driven by a singular goal: to provide world-class support for our clients - and have a great time doing it. Hi! Tech provides IT consulting, managed services, and installation and configuration of tech for small and medium-sized businesses in New York and California (we are headquartered in Manhattan, with a satellite office in San Diego). Our friendly Tech Helpers are the Office Manager, Ops Manager, and/or CIO's best friends; providing premium IT service to their staff while concurrently building the underlying infrastructure and processes necessary for their company's growth in the future. We are proud of our deep relationships with our illustrious clients. At the same time, we believe in and are also proud of taking care of our people.
