About Us Green Mountain Counseling & Wellness (GMC) is a relational, trauma-wise group practice located in Lakewood, Colorado. We believe people are wired for connection, and with the right support, individuals and families can experience meaningful, lasting change. Our practice is built on authenticity, attunement, collaboration, and high-quality clinical care. Our therapists specialize in attachment-based and trauma-focused approaches, including Brainspotting, EMDR, Neurofeedback, Synergetic Play Therapy, and other trauma-reprocessing modalities. We meet clients with presence, compassion, and clinical integrity while fostering a supportive team culture where clinicians are encouraged to grow personally and professionally. At GMC, we value both collaboration and clinical autonomy. Clinicians are supported through consultation, administrative assistance, ongoing training opportunities, and a connected team environment while bringing their own clinical strengths and therapeutic approach into the work.
