Green Mountain Counseling & Wellness (GMC) is a relational, trauma-wise group practice located in Lakewood, Colorado. Our clinicians include both employees and independent contractors, creating a dynamic and collaborative environment that balances structure, flexibility, and professional support. We are a growth-oriented team that values connection, and we believe that with the right support, individuals and families can experience meaningful, lasting change. Our therapists specialize in attachment-based and trauma-focused care, including Brainspotting, EMDR, Neurofeedback, Synergetic Play Therapy, and other trauma-reprocessing modalities. We meet clients with presence, compassion, and attunement, providing care that aligns with our clinical expertise and therapeutic approach.
