We are re-inventing education by throwing out the one-size-fits-all curriculum and replacing it with AI that is able to pinpoint personal areas of weakness and dynamically schedule mentorship based on each learner’s performance, calendar availability and unique learning goals. Our AI platform powers our flagship Engineering Fellowship, helping engineers from non-traditional and historically underrepresented backgrounds get hired at the world’s top tech companies. In 2022, we helped our engineers increase their compensation by an average of *over* $100K. We have over 400 active engineers on the platform and are growing fast.
