Eptyn Insurance was founded in 2019, preceding the COVID-19 pandemic. Even though the pandemic represented catastrophic implications for small businesses, Eptyn overcame the obstacles in the insurance industry by adapting to new technologies and reinventing itself. Retention was key to premium production and ultimately to premium growth.
We exponentially enlarged our book of business in the following years, serving more than 15,000 customers nationwide. We encompass states such as North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky and others.

We take pride in our customer service standards that have led to many referrals throughout the years. Our purpose is to establish a good relationship between the customer and the insurance carriers.
