DH Financial Solutions is a Las Vegas based accounting, tax, and financial services firm. We do three things. We partner with other tax and accounting firms as their behind the scenes team, handling the accounting, case management, tax planning, prep, and resolution work their staff can't absorb. They get the team, the quality, and the service without the cost and headache of hiring and managing their own. We work directly with business owners who've outgrown a once a year tax preparer and need a team that explains the numbers instead of handing over forms. And we run The BUILT Academy, where we train operators and preparers in our own methodology. Here's what it's actually like to work here. We're EA-led and we run on Lean Six Sigma, so if you spot a better way to do something, you're expected to say so. Nobody here defends a broken process because that's how it's always been done. We're tech driven and people first. The software handles the repetitive work so our team can do the thinking. We laugh a lot.
