At Central Oahu Speech our goal is to make sure you have a job that you love, that respects your time and your passion! Therapist-owned means that we know the best therapy comes from therapists that are not burned out, not overloaded with paperwork, and who have some flexibility when it comes to setting their schedule. Our team is small, and we plan to keep it small enough that you never feel like a cog in a wheel. The ideal candidate would: Have a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology. Have (or be eligible for) a Hawaii SLP license, or a provisional SLP CF license. Have 1+ year experience working with ages 15 months-7 years. (Strong CF candidate will be considered). Be able to complete paperwork (SOAP note) the day of session, or by the end of the work week for evaluation reports. Have a passion for caregiver education and inclusion in goals. Believe that cultural difference should be respected and included in plan of care. Be able to utilize online medical systems comfortably (with training in particular system). Have a passion for in-person sessions (we rarely use telehealth).
