Butter + Salt, Inc. (Perenn Bakery + Perenn Grocery + Claio Rotisserie)

Perenn Bakery was founded by Aubrey and Tyler O’Laskey in November of 2018 as an offshoot of their catering company, Butter + Salt. They crafted custom menus for each of their clients based on their preferences, favorite foods, and heritage. Never the ones to slow down, the O’Laskey’s decided to venture into the glutenous world of bread and spontaneously purchased a deck oven from Italy, signed a lease for the Perenn Midtown location and hoped for the best. With their love of French cuisine and pastry, they forged head laminating dough and learning the techniques to create croissants. In June of 2021, they expanded their operations and menu and opened Perenn at Rancharrah Village. Aubrey and Tyler decided to shake things up with their new Greek-ish project known as Claio Rotisserie located in Mayberry Landing in December 2022. And most recently, the pair opened Perenn Grocery next door to Perenn Rancharrah.
