We are an an independent, Wisconsin-based direct primary care provider with clinics in Antigo, Appleton, Clintonville, DePere, Marshfield, Menomonie, Merrill, Stevens Point, Weston, Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids and Rhinelander. We operate under a direct primary care model, meaning we direct contract with employers, employees, and individual members, which gives our providers more time with patients and less hassle with paperwork and administrators. Since its founding by Wisconsinites Brian Dominick, Dr. Sabina Singh and Ken Strmiska, Anovia has grown to 16 community-based primary care clinics as well as several employer-based locations throughout Wisconsin.
