About Alabaster Jar Project Alabaster Jar Project is a nonprofit organization in San Diego County dedicated to protecting, supporting, and empowering survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. We provide safe housing, case management, job readiness training, and a resource center where women can access clothing, food, showers, and community support. What makes us stand out is that our programs are survivor-informed and uniquely designed to address both immediate needs and long-term independence. Through our residential home, workforce development program, and survivor-led initiatives, we create pathways to healing and empowerment. We believe every woman deserves dignity, safety, and the chance to thrive. Our work is strengthened by community partnerships, a committed team, and the voices of the survivors who help shape our mission.
